What we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery or billing address, company name (if provided), order details, messages you send us, and technical data such as IP address when you submit forms or place orders.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders, send invoices and order updates, respond to enquiries, operate internal order tracking, improve our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, address validation for deliveries, and order workflow tools. These providers process data on our instructions and only as needed to perform their services.

Retention

We keep order and communication records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle disputes, and comply with tax and business record requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online transmission is completely secure; please use a trusted connection when submitting sensitive data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where POPIA allows. We may need to retain certain records for legal reasons. Contact sales@wolfstrom.co.za to exercise your rights.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our site may use essential cookies and anti-abuse checks (for example on contact forms). We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers on the store checkout.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date and version at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply to new orders.
